Our CE (continuing education) workshops are carefully crafted for all yoga enthusiasts. These intense but short courses enable students to reform their existing knowledge, revisit what they already know (in the context of a different school and teacher) and examine some specialised aspects of yoga.


Every workshop includes hands-on practice, theory, group interactivity and personal exploration – facilitated by the experienced trainers.

  • Workshops that take place twice a month are designed to bring participants deeper learning and experiences in a safe, non-judgmental space.
  • Each session is a 2.5-5-hour focused immersion in different parts of yoga.
  • Open to all levels, there is no need to have previously taught.
